KYLE
Kyle Christopherson is a Pacific Northwest–based chainsaw artist known for bringing locally sourced cedar, maple, black walnut, and pine to life with character, craftsmanship, and heart. Specializing in wildlife, custom commissions, and one-of-a-kind statement pieces, his work can be found in homes, gardens, and businesses throughout Washington State. Each carving reflects a deep connection to the outdoors, blending technical skill with a genuine appreciation for the landscapes and wildlife that inspire his designs.

What began as a personal passion has grown into a family-driven business built on dedication, creativity, and pride in honest craftsmanship. Every piece is shaped with intention — designed to be meaningful, memorable, and built to last for generations.

Kyle has always had a natural knack for woodworking. Starting with small projects, he progressed to building furniture from large slabs before discovering chainsaw carving at a local fair. Inspired by what he saw, he taught himself through YouTube, hands-on practice, and full immersion in the carving community. Along the way, he found not only mentors and encouragement, but a supportive network of artists who helped shape his skills and passion into what it is today.

Kyle also collaborates with his wife, Crystal, a certified tribal artist of the Tlingit Tribe. Since 2012, she has dedicated herself to studying Northern Northwest Coast formline art, honoring its tradition and cultural depth. Together, they combine their skills and shared vision to create pieces that are both authentic and truly one of a kind.

The Christopherson family homeschools their three children and centers their life around faith, family, and the outdoors. They share a love for God’s creation — from forests and fresh air to classic cars, big-block jet boats on the Snohomish River, and a good cup of coffee enjoyed together. This lifestyle continues to shape the spirit behind every carving, grounding the work in purpose, tradition, and a deep appreciation for the natural world.
