Orders, Custom Work & Payments

We create handcrafted wood carvings, including custom and commissioned pieces. Because each piece is made by hand:

  • Wood grain, color, and natural character will vary

  • Minor variations from photos or mockups may occur

  • Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving spelling, dates, sizes, and design details before final production

For custom orders:

  • A deposit may be required before work begins

  • Deposits are non-refundable once materials are purchased or carving has started

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change without notice prior to order confirmation. Once payment is processed, your order price will not change.
Payments are securely processed through third-party payment providers. We do not store full credit card information.
Production timelines are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays once an item has been transferred to the carrier.
Custom or personalized items are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within [2] days with photos.

When you place an order or submit a form, we may collect:
